At FoxyTravels LLC, we know that plans can change — life’s sneaky like that. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work when you book one of our not-your-average tours.
Cancellations by You (the Traveler)
We keep things as flexible as we can, while still supporting our local partners. Here's the deal:
30+ days before the tour:
Full refund minus a small admin fee ($50 per person)
15–29 days before the tour:
50% refund of the tour cost
14 days or less before the tour:
Non-refundable — your spot is already locked in and prepped
If you cancel but want to transfer your booking to a friend, just email us. We can usually make that work.
Cancellations by Us (FoxyTravels LLC)
We reserve the right to cancel a tour in case of:
Safety concerns (weather, political unrest, etc.)
Minimum group size not met
Force majeure (yep, that’s the legal term)
In these rare cases, you’ll get 100% of your money back, or the option to reschedule or get a credit toward a future trip.
Refunds
All refunds are:
Returned to the original form of payment
Processed within 10–14 business days
Minus any non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., hotels or transport already paid)
✈️ Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you get travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, medical stuff, and lost bags. We don’t offer refunds for missed flights, illnesses, or last-minute changes outside our control.
